Deep Water Aerobics

Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-7:20 pm  May 31-July 26

Saturdays  9:30-10:20 am  June 3-September 2

This “no impact” workout is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups with maximum aerobic effect. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.

You have the opportunity to take one or two classes for the price of one.

River Walking

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-8:50 am (With Instructor)  May 30-August 10* (No River Walking on Tues, July 4)

Tuesdays and Thursdays   7:45-8:30 pm  (No Instructor) May 30-August 10* (No River Walking on Tues, July 4)

5.5 times around the river is one mile. Class size will be limited to the first 30 people. Water shoes are recommended.
