Dirty Spokes Mountain Bike Race

**This race has been postponed until April 29, 2018 due to trail conditions at Castlewood State Park. 

The annual Dirty Spokes Mountain Bike race is again being held on the trails of Castlewood State Park.  This race is open to all abilities. Helmets are required. A confirmation e-mail will be sent out a week before the race with event details. 

When: Sunday, April 29, 2018 (9:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.)
Where: Castlewood State Park
Fee: $30 ($40 after March 25-t-shirts guaranteed to those who register by March 25) Race Day Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.
Ages: 12 years and up
Registration*: Register in person at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons OR

*T-shirts guaranteed to those who register by March 25. Online registration ends Friday, April 27 at Noon. If you'd like to register after that, you may do so on site on race day beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Race Categories

The race is divided into three categories:
Category A: 5 Laps-Reserved for the advanced, experienced rider (starts a 9:00 a.m.)
Category B: 3 laps-Reserved for the intermediate rider (starts after completion of Category A -approx. 10:30 a.m.)
Category C: 2 lap-Reserved for the beginner and younger riders (starts along with Category B)
*1 lap is approximately 4 miles
