The Board of Aldermen of the City of Ballwin will hold a public hearing on the Capital and Operating Budgets for the period January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 beginning at 7:00 P. M. on Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Donald “Red” Loehr Police and Court Center, 300 Park Drive, Ballwin, Missouri.
