Latest News5.1.18 Traffic News: Funeral Procession on Manchester Rd A message from the Ballwin Police Department: In preparation for the funeral of Retired Metro West Fire Protection District Chief Jim Silvernail, we wanted to alert you to some anticipated traffic congestion. On Tuesday between 12 p.m.-8 p.m., the visitation will be held at Schrader Funeral Home at the intersection of Manchester and Holloway. We do not anticipate any major slow downs, but with a large influx of traffic, it is best to allow for some extra time. On Wednesday at 9 a.m., the funeral procession will leave Schrader's and head eastbound on Manchester Road. We anticipate this to cause minor delays on Manchester Road between Holloway and 141. On Wednesday between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm, the funeral procession will be travelling westbound on Manchester Road, through Ballwin. There is a large procession expected, which will cause delays on Manchester Road. More traffic congestion is likely to happen further down Manchester Road outside of Ballwin.
