            Petitioner:  Mr. Tim Elli, Volz Incorporated, 1401 S Brentwood Blvd, Brentwood MO  63144                                   

ELCO Cadillac would like to buy the parcel of land at 112 Old Ballwin Road (Ballwin Nursery), with the intent of demolishing the nursery and building a 20,800 sq. ft. service and repair facility. In order to accomplish this, the parcel of land was rezoned from R-2 to C-1. Since rezoned to C-1 Commercial a Special Use Exception is required.
