Parent/Child - This course is designed to familiarize children with the water. Course goal is not to teach the child to swim but to get them used to the water, including jumping into the pool. The parent does not have to know how to swim, but should be comfortable in the water. Parent MUST be in the water with the child.

Preschool Level 1 - This course is designed to orient preschool-age children to the aquatic environment and to help them acquire rudimentary levels of basic aquatic skills.

Preschool Level 2 - This course is designed to further orientate preschool age children to the aquatic environment to build on to the skills learned in Preschool Level 1.

Level 1 - This course is designed to begin developing positive attitudes, good swimming habits and safe practices in and around water.
Level 2 - This course is designed to give participants success with fundamental skills, including learning how to float without support and to recover to vertical position.
Level 3 - This course is designed to build on the skills in Level 2 by providing additional guided practice in deeper water.
Level 4+ - This course is designed to further learn how to coordinate and refine strokes.
