4th Annual Upside Down Indoor Triathlon: Saturday, January 19 or Sunday, January 20, 2013
Ballwin’s Indoor Triathlon puts a unique spin on the triathlon format. All participants run 15 minutes, bike 15 minutes, and swim 10 minutes…..in that order. Total distance is calculated for a final score.

3rd Annual Dirty Spokes Mountain Bike Race: Sunday, April, 14, 2013
The Dirty Spokes Mountain Bike race is again being held on the trails of Castlewood State Park.  This race is open to all abilities.

13th Annual Conquer Castlewood Team Adventure Race: Sunday, May 19, 2013
Teams of two canoe the Meramec and bike and run the trails of Castlewood State Park.  Each individual time is calculated and the team’s time is the total of the two times.

32nd Ballwin Days Run: Sunday, June 2, 2013
This annual race is part of the Ballwin Days celebration. Each year this race draws over 300 participants and is coordinated with a youth 1 mile fun run and adult 1 mile course.

15th Annual Ballwin Triathlon: Sunday, July 14, 2013
The Ballwin Triathlon is a 300 yd swim, 9 mile bike, and 3.4 mile run.  This race is very popular and fills up to capacity of 300 participants every year.

6th Annual Kids’ Triathlon: Sunday, September 22, 2013
Kids get the opportunity to experience a triathlon in this scaled down race.  Kids ages  5-8 complete a 25yd swim, 1mile bike, and 1/2 mile run.  Kids ages 9-12 complete a 75 yd swim, 2 mile bike, and 1mile run.

2nd Annual Zombie Chase Trail Run Saturday, October 19, 2013
Just like all other series races, it is open to all ability levels.  This race will take place on the ever popular trails of Castlewood State Park.

The Midnight Howl 5K Run/Walk - November 8, 2013
Come howl at the moon at the Midnight Howl 5K.  The Midnight Howl 5K run/walk is encouraged to all ages and fitness levels.
