Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

The City of Ballwin is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. This full time position’s duties includes golf course maintenance, supervision of staff, management of trees, shrubbery and flower beds. Must have technical knowledge of spray applications and irrigation systems. Must be available to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends. Minimum two-year degree in Turfgrass Management or related field is required. Must be able to obtain a Missouri pesticide applicators license and CDL license within six months of hire. Must be able to operate all types of golf course maintenance equipment. Must possess an enthusiastic interest in golf and turfgrass management. Salary $38,025/year.
