The successful candidate must be able to work between 30 - 40 hours a week and be available for weekends and holidays. The rate of pay is $9.50 an hour. Water Aerobics Instructor
- Nationally acknowledged certification
- Proficient knowledge of aquatic exercise
- Develop exercise routines that safely provide appropriate warm-up, aerobic exercise, intervals, and cool down
- Conduct classes in a timely manner and supervise participants
- Communicate efficiently with Aquatic Managers, front desk, and other aquatic staff
- Establish a safe yet enjoyable atmosphere
- Attend all scheduled meetings
- Be fun, unique, and motivating for all participants
- Be fair and emanate a positive and encouraging attitude
- Enforce and follow rules, policies, and procedures for the water aerobics program
