The following TIF PILOTs (property taxes) were received by the City of Ballwin in 2009 and forwarded to a trustee for payment of TIF Bonds.

The Olde Towne Plaza TIF project has been fully developed since 2002.  Three small parcels are currently vacant.  Outstanding TIF debt at 12/31/09 is $16,110,000.
