If you have been ordered by the court to attend one of the above listed programs, you may attend any one of the schools listed below. It is your responsibility to insure that the court is informed, either by yourself or the school that you chose, that the class has been completed.

are not accepted by the Ballwin Municipal Court*
Ballwin Court must receive notification that you have completed the program or school prior to the date you were given in court. If you were ordered to complete the Driving School and the Court does not receive this information by that date, the Department of Revenue will be notified to add points to your driving record. (There is no additional court appearance required.)

PROBATION SERVICES / COURT ORDERED CLASSES
REPRESENTATIVES FROM INTERSTATE COURT SERVICES, MIDWEST COURT SERVICES AND COMMUNITY SERVICES OF MISSOURI ARE PRESENT DURING COURT SESSIONS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS ORDERED BY THE COURT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR PERFORM COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS AS A PROVISION OF THEIR PROBATION.
