Fields at Vlasis Park will be open for Ballwin residents to reserve one, 1.5 hour time slot, Monday-Saturday. Only Ballwin residents with active resident ID cards will be permitted to enter the lottery. ID cards can be renewed or purchased at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons Welcome Desk. Residents need to prove residency in order to renew or purchase an ID card.  All ID cards need to be active prior to 7pm on Feb. 5.
