Park pavilion rentals begin the first business day of the year at 5:15 AM. Park pavilions are available for rentals from April-October of every year. A park pavilion rental requires payment upon reservation. Learn More

The Parks and Recreation Department reminds everyone of the following rules which apply to the use of City park facilities. Learn More
Courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis from sunrise to 11:00 P.M. in Vlasis Park, and 10:00 P.M. on Holloway Road. Lighted tennis courts are available on a first come, first serve basis at Vlasis and Holloway Parks from early March through November.
Ball Field Permits Ball field permits are issued seasonally and available to Ballwin residents only. Teams may select one weekly, 90 minute time slot for each session.
Spring and summer permits begin the first week of April and run through the first week of July and are awarded through a lottery process held the last week of January. The 2019 Ballfield Lottery is scheduled for January 29 at 7 p.m. sharp at The Pointe. The lottery is for Ballwin residents only and you must have a current Resident ID Card. The lottery will start promptly at 7 p.m. so be sure to purchase or renew your ID card ahead of time.
