            Petitioner:  Mr. Tim Elli, Volz Incorporated, 1401 S Brentwood Blvd, Brentwood MO  63144                                

ELCO Cadillac is proposing to buy the parcel of land at 112 Old Ballwin Rd (Ballwin Nursery), with the intent of demolishing the nursery and building a 20,800 sq ft service and repair facility.  In order to accomplish this, the parcel of land must be rezoned from R-2 to C1.  Once rezoned, to C-1 a special use permit must be granted.

            Petitioner:  Matt Lueders, Missouri American Water, 727 Craig Street, St Louis MO 63141                               

Matt Lueders of Missouri American Water is requesting a special use exception for the installation of Missouri American Water 34’ or 52’ AGL Poles with DCU assembly in various locations in the City of Ballwin.
