Project Overview

St. Louis County's Department of Transportation is planning to improve Baxter Road between Manchester Road and Clayton Road. Although this is not a City of Ballwin project, we recognize it does affect some of our residents.

According to St. Louis County's Department of Transportation and Public Works website, "Baxter Road will receive a new pavement surface, curb repairs, guardrail, storm sewers, and traffic signals. The existing on-street parking will remain in place starting from Hills Trail Drive and ending at Clear Meadows. Currently, the project is moving through the Right of Way stage where necessary easements will be acquired. It is anticipated that construction of the project will occur in 2022."
