Residents will receive Resident rates with a current Resident ID Card. To purchase or renew a Resident ID Card, you will need to bring a current, unpaid gas, water, electric, or sewer bill in order to prove residency.

Operational Changes due to COVID-19

As you can imagine, our operations will look different than normal this year. We will be instituting the following operational changes to comply with current St. Louis County guidelines for Public Water Recreation Facilities (PWRF):

  • Guests may consider not arriving at opening to avoid long lines and close proximity with other guests.
  • A fabric face cover must always be worn by employees and bathers when in common areas i.e. restrooms, concession lines, entering and exiting the facility. Masks are not required when seated in lounge chairs with other members of your household or when in the water.
  • We will screen all patrons who enter the facility. Please be prepared to provide your name and phone number for Contact Tracing. If you or anyone in your family is experiencing symptoms, has been exposed, or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we urge you to please stay home. Our staff will send guests home who are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
  • All North Pointe Staff will be temperature checked at the beginning of their shifts.
  • No lifejackets will be issued. If you would like to use a lifejacket, you will need to bring your own Coast Guard-approved device.
  • We have a limited number of lounge furniture. You may bring your own.
  • Concessions will be open and operate per St. Louis County Food Code and the County’s previously-issued Restaurant Opening Protocols.

Lastly, your safety is of the utmost importance to us. Staff will increase cleaning efforts throughout the day. We will prioritize disinfecting and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces and equipment.

Any further changes or announcements regarding North Pointe will be shared on our website,, so we encourage you to check back frequently throughout the season. Specific questions can be emailed to our Parks & Recreation Director, Chris Conway, at
