Request for Bids - Enterprise Voice Recorder System

Request for Proposals - 2021 Ballwin Life Magazine

Our Ballwin Life Magazine is a quarterly publication distributed to residents and businesses in the City of Ballwin. The 2021 magazine is scheduled to be delivered in February, May, August, and November. For the 2021 project, we expect magazines to range from 16 to 48 pages in length, but the City reserves the right to alter the page count of each issue or discontinue the project at any time. The City is seeking sealed bids from qualified printing companies to quote the publication with a per-issue pricing for each of the following:

  • 16 pages
  • 32 pages
  • 48 pages

This project should be quoted for a one (1) year contract with the option to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional years. Contract begins with the February issue and ends with the November issue. The City of Ballwin reserves the right to select publication page length at time of issue preparation.

Request for Bids - Leaf Collection 2020

The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors for a “2020 LEAF COLLECTION" (the “Project”) in the City of Ballwin, Missouri.

Sealed bids must be addressed to the Ballwin Public Works Department, 200 Park Drive, Ballwin, Missouri 63011 and will be accepted by the City of Ballwin until 10:00 A.M. (prevailing local time) on Sept 18th , 2020 at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud.  Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained at no cost from the Ballwin Government Center or by emailing to Jlink@ballwin.mo.us.

Request for Bids - Ferris Park Phase 2 Improvements

The City of Ballwin, Missouri is accepting bids for Ferris Park Phase 2 Improvements at the City of Ballwin Government Center, 1 Government Center, Ballwin, Missouri 63011 until 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Ferris Park Phase 2 Improvements”. Project Manual and Drawings are available for inspection at; County Blue Reprographics 14449 Strassner Drive, St. Louis, MO 63144, MOKAN, 4666 Natural Bridge, St. Louis, MO 63115 and Dodge Online Planroom http://dodgeprojects.construction.com. Bidders may obtain copies of bid documents at County Blue, 1449 Strassner Drive, St. Louis, MO 63144 for the cost of reproduction. Bid documents are also posted on the City’s website at www.ballwin.mo.us and searching Bids in the “How Do I” box from the front page (this may not be active on August 27). The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday September 9, 2020 at the Ferris Park Phase 2 Improvements playground site at 10:00 A.M.  Please park in the parking lot.
