Pointe Facility Closure Extended

Last Updated 4.7.20

Governor Parson issued a Stay At Home Order for the state of Missouri, effective Monday, April 6 until late evening Friday, April 24 (unless otherwise notified). This Order directs all Missourians to avoid leaving their residences unless necessary and to practice social distancing when they need to travel outside their homes to work, access foods, prescriptions, health care, and other necessities, or to engage in an outdoor activity. This Order does not require all businesses statewide to close or cease operation.

In an effort to adhere to this order, we have made a few changes to our recreation facilities and wanted to provide you with the following update from our Parks & Recreation department.

The Pointe at Ballwin Commons will remain closed through April 24th, with tentative plans to reopen normal hours on Saturday, April 25. All programs, events, fitness classes, and rentals at The Pointe and our City parks are canceled through Friday, May 15. We understand this closing may be an inconvenience to many and we want to make sure you still get your money’s worth. Therefore, we will be providing the following accommodations for our members:
  • If you pay annually for your membership, you will receive an equal extension added to your memberships’ current expiration date.
  • If you pay monthly dues for your membership, we will not process debits until The Pointe reopens.
