  • Public Works Renovation and Addition – Professional Services RFQ
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Ballwin will receive professional design services qualification responses on or before 10:00 AM, Friday, April 5, 2024. Submissions shall include Six (6) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy. Submissions shall be delivered to the attention of City Administrator’s Office, City of Ballwin, 1 Government Center, Ballwin, MO 63011.
    A copy of the request for qualifications is available for download here or by contacting the Owner’s representative Joe Sweitzer, NAVIGATE Building Solutions, joe@navigatebuildingsoltutions.com. All questions and clarifications should be addressed in
    writing to joe@navigatebuildingsoltutions.com by 10:00 AM, Monday, April 1, 2024. The City of Ballwin reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary.

  • Vlasis Park Playground Improvements
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Ballwin will receive sealed bids clearly marked “Bid #24-13 Vlasis Park Playground Improvements” on or before 2:00pm central, Thursday, March 28th, 2024, to City of Ballwin, Attn: Eric Sterman, 1 Government Ctr, Ballwin, MO 63011. There will be a public opening of the bids immediately following at the Ballwin Government Center. Documents will be available March 4, 2024, by logging into Cross Rhodes Plan Room and searching Vlasis Park Playground: https://www.x-rhodes.com/ There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. Please reference the detailed scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents here.

    Prospective contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting that will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 2:00pm central at Ballwin City Hall, 1 Government Center, Ballwin, MO, 63011. We will then walk the adjacent playground site. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary.

  • 2024 Crack/Joint Sealing
    The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors for a “2024 Crack/Joint Sealing" (the “Project”) in the City of Ballwin, Missouri. Sealed bids must be addressed to the Ballwin Public Works Department, 200 Park Drive, Ballwin, Missouri 63011 will be accepted by the City of Ballwin until 10:00 A.M. (prevailing local time) on April 19th, 2024 at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud.  Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the Ballwin Public Works Department at no cost.
