Thanks to everyone who came out to spend some time at this great facility this summer to enjoy some quality time in Ballwin with friends and family. Below are five things from the City of Ballwin we think you should know:

Old Navy will soon be moving into Central plaza in part of the old Office Depot space. A contract was recently signed and preparation of the space will soon be underway. No definitive opening date has been set, but it is anticipated the store will be open in the spring of 2019.

#4 Lock Your Cars

The Ballwin Police Department recently responded to a number of thefts in Ballwin. The suspects entered into multiple unlocked cars in a matter of seconds stealing many items in the process. The City would like to remind residents to please lock your cars. While we do live in one of the safest cities in Missouri, there are people wanting to take advantage of our sense of security. Don't give them an easy opportunity. Take your valuables out of your car, and always lock your doors.

#5 Ries Road Bridge Still on Schedule

The Ries Road Bridge is still on schedule to reopen September 21. The bridge was largely prefabricated, meaning once the ground work is completed the contractor simply has to install the bridge which was constructed off-site beforehand. We know all road construction can be an inconvenience, but we appreciate your continued patience as we near the end of this project. Everything is on track to be completed as scheduled provided no significant weather delays slow the contractors down.
