6:30 p.m.  Carnival Rides last until 9:30 p.m. Wristbands available from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Ticket sales end 30 minutes before closing.

Friday, August 14: 5:00 - 11:30 p.m.

4:30 p.m. Shuttle Service Begins
 
5 p.m.  Carnival rides start and last until 11:30 p.m.  Ticket sales end 30 minutes before closing. Click here for ticket prices.

5 p.m. - 6 p.m. FREE Concert: Wildfire
Wildfire is a country crossover band, performing Pop Country hits, along with Classic Country, Southern Rock and Top 40 from Carrie Underwood to Dolly Parton and Luke Bryan to Johnny Cash.
 
6:15 p.m. Opening Ceremony 
 
7 - 10 p.m.  FREE Concert: Superjam
Superjam is a mighty quintet of St. Louis rockers-nay-dreamers, who dare to dream that they can bring back those heady days of yesteryear. Bring back screaming guitars and killer rock poses! Bring back racks of keyboards and questionable fashions! Bring back ear splitting vocals and soul crushing bass! Bring back senseless drum solos! Bring back lava lamps and black light posters! 10:30 a.m. Shuttle Service Begins
 
11 a.m.  Carnival rides open and last until 11:30 p.m.

11 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Kids Korner 
Get ready for a day full of fun-filled activities specially designed for kids! Schedule to come soon.

4 - 6 p.m. FREE Concert: Proud Larry
Proud Larry specializes in a wide variety of hits from the '90s and '00s that you don't hear every other cover band playing. Longtime friends and colleagues Brian Schaeffer, Jeff Nations, Brad Wood, and Chuck Williams pride themselves on an upbeat, nostalgic songlist and an engaging stage show that is guaranteed to put feet on the dance floor and hands in the air. 7 - 10:30 p.m. FREE Concert: The LustreLights
From jazz to high-energy pop, and everything in between, The LustreLights specialize in curating a captivating musical experience tailored to your unique vision. With an unparalleled repertoire spanning decades and genres, our seasoned musicians elevate the atmosphere, turning your celebration into a one-of-a-kind, show-stopping experience. The concert will take a break at 9:15 p.m for fireworks.
 
9:15 p.m.  Fireworks Display
There will be a break for fireworks during the concert at 9:15 p.m. The LustreLights concert will resume after the fireworks until 10:30 p.m. 

11:30 p.m. Festival closes, last shuttle at 12 a.m.

 

Sunday, August 16: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

8 a.m.  Ballwin Days 5K & 1-Mile Run
Kids and adults alike are welcome to take part in the annual Ballwin Days run, and may sign up for one or both races! More information, including the course map, can be found here. Click here to register
 
10:30 a.m. Shuttle Service Begins
 
11 a.m.  Non-denominational church service outdoors under tents at Salem United Methodist Church at 14825 Manchester Road.

11 a.m.  Carnival Rides last until 5:30 p.m. Wristbands good from 12-4 p.m.

1 - 4 p.m.  FREE Concert: Hubb & The Heavy Hearts
HUBB is a singer/songwriter raised in St. Louis and educated in the countless live music clubs of Austin, TX, where he spent his formative years on a blues and soul pilgrimage playing music throughout the South. He returned home to St. Louis with a newfound fire in his playing and the desire to form a band capable of bringing what he found back to the heartland.
