Facility Rentals

The Pointe at Ballwin Commons is your one-stop shop for any kind of rental you may need. Whether you have a business meeting, anniversary party, birthday party, memorial service, sports practice or field trip to plan we encourage you to take a look around our facility. Please take note of the facility hours and know many amenities are available to rent after hours, based on staff availability, for an additional $20/hr. 

Important Facility Information

• Our facility is alcohol, vape, and smoke free.
• Rental times include the time it takes your party to set up and tear down. Please plan accordingly.
• All rentals are available on a first come, first served basis. You may call The Pointe at (636) 227-8950 to check availability, but all reservations must be completed in person with full payment.
• Take a virtual tour of our facility, or stop by in person for a tour. 

Meeting Rooms

Rentals must be a minimum of two hours. The half meeting room holds up to 45 people and the full room holds up to 100 people. The half rooms include a sink, microwave, free Wi-Fi, set up and tear down of all tables and chairs, and an LCD projector is available upon request. 
*Please note! Renting a meeting room does not provide you access to the rest of the facility. If your guests would like to use the indoor pool or other amenities beyond the lobby, the daily admission rate would need to be paid. You could also think about booking a Birthday Party Package which includes daily admission.

Gymnasium

If your team needs a place to practice consider using The Pointe's indoor multi-purpose gymnasium. We have some equipment available to renters including a volleyball net, basketball hoops, and a badminton net.

Indoor Pool

All pool rentals include one head guard and a minimum of four lifeguards. Our pool has great features for your group to enjoy such as a hot tub, lazy river, two-story water slide, three lap lanes, playground structure and a vortex pool.

School Rentals

If your class needs to get out of the classroom and enjoy some time bonding and having fun, consider our school rental package. This package is especially popular during the last weeks of school when the year is winding down. The package includes non-exclusive use of the gymnasium, exclusive use of the indoor pool and the meeting rooms for games, activities and lunch. 
 
Rental times shall only be available to qualifying accredited school groups Monday through Friday, between the hours of  9 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. An additional hour may be added at a cost of $125, however, use of the pool shall be limited to two hours from 11:35 a.m. - 1:35 p.m.

VIP vs. Reg Pricing

To receive the VIP rate for rentals, the renter must have a current Resident ID Card or an active membership to The Pointe at Ballwin Commons. All others can always book a rental at the rate listed as 'Regular.'

Refund Policy

Fees will be refunded if notice of cancellation is given in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the event minus a $10 surcharge. If 13 days or less, no refunds will be issued although the option to change dates with a $25 processing fee will be available up to seven days prior to your rental date. No refunds or date changes will be administered less than seven days prior to the rental date.
