Traffic Signal Maintenance  

The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors for a “2018 TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE" (the “Project”) in the City of Ballwin, Missouri.

Sealed bids must be addressed to the Ballwin Public Works Department, 14811 Manchester Road, Ballwin, Missouri 63011 will be accepted by the City of Ballwin until 10:00 A.M. (prevailing local time) on January 19, 2018 at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud.  Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the Ballwin Public Works Department at no cost by emailing Gary Kramer at

Comprehensive Plan

The City of Ballwin is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a long-range comprehensive plan. This will engage the community to identify its desired vision for the City's future, identify community priorities, and articulate strategies to address community priorities. The Comprehensive Plan is going to be a key policy and action document for the City of Ballwin, to be used by staff, government agencies, economic development entities, elected officials, boards and commissions, developers, property owners, and residents as a guide for future land use development, capital investments, and growth management decisions over the next 20 years and beyond. A Future Land Use Plan will be a key component or element of this plan.
