    • Mr. Evans of the Landau Group is proposing to combine three existing lots (14811, 14819, and 14821 Manchester Rd) into a single lot to allow the development and construction of a mixed-use multi-family apartment complex/retail commercial building on the site. Mr. Evans is also requesting that Ballwin rezone the entirety of 14811 Manchester to C-1 Commercial, as well as an overlay zone to be applied to the parcels at 14811, 14819, and 14821 Manchester Rd. This petition proposes a seven-story (86 feet) tall mixed-use multi-family apartment complex and retail commercial space (2090 square feet).
