ALERMANIC COMMENTS

Alderman Terbrock asked about policy on flaggers during road and utility construction.
City Administrator Hanson stated the City has been having a problem with this happening lately. Efforts have been made in regards to working with the utility companies on this issue. Essentially the City has no control over where the utility company is working or over the contractors  doing the work for the utility companies.

Alderman Bullington thanked everyone involved with Ballwin Days. He thanked everyone who came out and attended the event.

Alderman Leahy asked if anything was being done regarding the parking lot next to McDonalds on Manchester.
City Administrator Hanson stated he spoke with the owner of ELCO. He articulated, to the owner, that the property was not in compliance. He also informed the property owner that the property needs to become in compliance with Ballwin’s Ordinances otherwise corrective actions will be pursued through the City Attorney.

A motion was made by Alderman Stallmann and seconded by Alderman Terbrock to adjourn the Board of Aldermen Meeting.  A voice vote was taken with a unanimous result, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
