The Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department hosts hundreds of events and programs each year for youth, adults and seniors. Our programs include arts & crafts, health and fitness, sports, and more. Most programs require pre-registration accompanied by payment, and registration should be completed at least one week prior to the program start date to avoid cancellation.

Race Series Sponsorship
Silver Sponsor Level: $250 for 1 Event
Gold Sponsor: $500 for 3 Events (in one calendar year)
Platinum Sponsor: $700 for 5 Events (in one calendar year)
Program Refund Requests
Refunds are subject to a $10 service charge. A full refund will be made to all registrants when a program is cancelled. Refunds will be made to any registrant who is unable to attend due to illness upon presentation of a physician’s statement. A prorated amount will be refunded if the program has already begun. If requesting a refund due to illness a written request, accompanied by the physician’s statement, must be received by The Pointe no later than 7 days after seeking medical treatment.
All refund requests must be received in writing 48 hours before the first day of the program (medical excluded). Please include name, address, phone number, program name, dates and times.

RACE SERIES REFUND REQUESTS
Refund and transfer requests will be considered only if submitted 14 or more days prior to the event.
1.A full refund will be issued due to injury upon registrant providing a physician release.
2.All other refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
3.Registrants may request a transfer to another Ballwin Race Series event in the same calendar year. Transfer fee is $5. Registrants may not transfer to the same event the following year. If transferring to a race with a higher registration fee, registrant will pay the difference and $5 transfer fee. No credit will be given if transferring to a race with a lesser registration fee and the $5 transfer fee will be assessed.
4.Bib numbers may be transferred to a different person under the following conditions:
a) Fourteen or more days prior to event notice.
b) A $5 processing fee will be assessed.
5.Full refunds will be issued if a Ballwin Race Series event is cancelled by The City of Ballwin. This excludes cancellation due to inclement weather.

SUMMER CAMP REFUND REQUESTS
A full refund will be made to all registrants when a camp is canceled. A refund will be granted if written cancellation is received at least one week prior to the start of camp less a $15 fee. No refunds are available less than 7 days before camp starts. Transfers will be granted based on camp availability but a $15 fee will be assessed if the transfer request is made less than 7 days before camp starts. A pro-rated refund will be made to any registrant who cancels due to a health reason after a confirmation has been received from their health care provider less a $5 service fee. If requesting a refund due to illness a written request accompanied by the physician’s statement must be received no later than 7 days after seeking medical treatment.
