The Rev/Exp Statement is a semi-annual report published in a local newspaper for the periods ending 6/30 and 12/31 of each year.
The Audit Reports are links to the City’s annual independent audit performed by a CPA firm.
The Budgets reports link to summaries of budgets for years 2008-2014 and full budget documents for 2015-2018. These summaries provide information for the City’s General Fund budget and other budgets as well as city information.
The Check Register is a monthly listing of disbursements made by the City.
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Ballwin has received cost information for a possible change in retirement benefits for its employees under the Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System. In accordance with Section 105.675 Revised Statutes of Missouri, said cost information shall be made available for public inspection for at least 45 calendar days from today prior to adoption of the benefit change.
