Memberships

When deciding which type of membership you'd like to purchase, consider The Pointe's two different levels and how many people you'll need on your account. 

A Pointe Membership will give you admission to the facility as well as all Group Fitness Classes. 

A Platinum Membership is all inclusive. This membership gives you unlimited access to The Pointe, North Pointe, Group Fitness Classes, Specialized Fitness Classes, Water Aerobics Classes, Babysitting, as well as Resident Rates at the Ballwin Golf Course for Non-Resident members.

Residents of the City of Ballwin receive discounted membership/admission rates to all facilities. In order to receive this reduced fee, residents must prove residency by providing a gas, sewer, water or electric bill and purchase a Ballwin Resident ID Card. This card may be purchased at The Pointe (or North Pointe in the summer) and costs $5 for the initial purchase. The card will need to be renewed annually at the cost of $1, with a copy of a current utility bill. Residents ages 3 and over need their own Resident ID Card. 

If you do not wish to purchase a membership but would like to receive resident rates on programs, rentals and daily admission you may simply purchase a Resident ID Card ($5) to be renewed annually ($1). 

*Refund Policy - There are no transfers or refunds for passes, privilege cards, or swipe cards. Debit memberships cancellations must be in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled debit date in order to be processed.

Business Memberships *With any monthly plan, the first month’s payment and a $20 activation fee are due at the time of enrollment. A debit card, credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa) or voided check must be provided at the time of enrollment as monthly payments will be automatically debited. There is a minimum of two monthly debits after your initial payment that must be paid before members have the option to cancel. 

Business Memberships allow employees who work within city limits to receive a discounted membership rate. Although resident rates are always the best value, business rates will allow your employees to enjoy The Pointe for less than nonresident rates. Simply bring in proof of employment, a work ID or a copy of your most recent pay stub to receive these rates.

If your business is located outside of Ballwin but you would still like your employees to receive cheaper rates to incentivize their fitness, health and wellness you may buy in to the business membership option for an annual fee.
