Deep Water Aerobics
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-7:20 pm May 30-August 9
Saturdays 9:30-10:20 am June 2-September 1, 2018
This “no impact” workout is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups with maximum aerobic effect. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8-9 am (No Instructor) May 30-Aug 3, 2018 (No River Walking Wed, July 4)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-8:50 am (With Instructor) May 29-August 9
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays 7:45-8:30 pm (No Instructor) May 30-August 9 (No River Walking Wed, July 4).
5.5 times around the river is one mile. Class size will be limited to the first 30 people. Water shoes are recommended.
