Deep Water Aerobics
Mondays and Wednesdays (through August 19, 2020) from 6 - 7 p.m.
Saturdays (through August 15, 2020) from 10:30 - 11:20 a.m.
This “no impact” workout is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups with maximum aerobic effect. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.
Saturdays (through August 15, 2020) from 9:15 - 10:15 a.m.
You have the opportunity to take one or two classes for the price of one.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (through August 14, 2020) from 8 - 9 a.m. (No Instructor)
Tuesdays, Thursdays (through August 13, 2020) from 8 - 9 a.m. (With Instructor)
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (through August 20) from 6 - 7 p.m. (No Instructor)
5.5 times around the river is one mile. Class size will be limited to the first 30 people. Water shoes are recommended.
