Deep Water Aerobics
This “no impact” workout is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups with maximum aerobic effect. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.
A one-hour class with the first half focusing on cardio and second on strength and toning.
5.5 times around the river is one mile. Self-led class. Water shoes are recommended.
