Deep Water Aerobics

Mondays and Wednesdays (May 27 - August 14) from 6:30 - 7:20 p.m. 

Saturdays (May 30 - September 5) from 9:30 - 10:20 a.m.  

This “no impact” workout is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups with maximum aerobic effect. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.

Water Aerobics Combo

Saturdays (May 30 - September 15) from  8 - 9:20 a.m. 

You have the opportunity to take one or two classes for the price of one.

Toning
Saturdays - 8:50 a.m. 

River Walking

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (May 27 - August 14) from 8 - 9 a.m. (No Instructor) 

Tuesdays, Thursdays (May 26 - August 13) from 8 - 8:50 a.m. (With Instructor)  

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (May 26 - August 13) from 7:45 - 8:30 p.m.  (No Instructor) 

5.5 times around the river is one mile. Class size will be limited to the first 30 people. Water shoes are recommended.
