To participate in our Water Fitness Classes, you will need to purchase a daily admission, a 20-Visit Swipe Card, or a Platinum Membership

Deep Water Aerobics

This “no impact” workout is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups with maximum aerobic effect. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.
  • Mondays and Wednesdays (June 12 - August 14, 2021) from 6:30 - 7:20 p.m. 
  • Saturdays (June 12 - August 14, 2021) from 9:30 - 10:20 a.m.  

Water Aerobics

A one-hour class with the first half focusing on cardio and second on strength and toning.
  • Saturdays (June 12 - August 14, 2021) from 8:15 - 9:15 a.m.

River Walking

5.5 times around the river is one mile. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Water shoes are recommended. 
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (June 1 - August 20, 2021) from 8 - 9 a.m. (No Instructor) 
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays (June 1 - August 20, 2021) from 8 - 8:50 a.m. (With Instructor)  
  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (June 1 - August 20, 2021) from 7:45 - 8:30 p.m.  (No Instructor)
