North Pointe Water Fitness

To participate in our Water Fitness Classes, you will need to pay an Aqua Fitness class fee of $8 for Residents and $10 for Non-Residents or a Riverwalking class fee of $8 for Residents and $10 for Non-Residents, or have a North Pointe Pass (good for 365 days from purchase) and have a $30 Aqua Fitness Class Pass.

Aqua Fitness

Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.
  • Monday/Wednesday Deep Water: 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. (ends 8/19)
  • Tuesday/Thursday Dual Depth: 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. (ends 8/20)
  • Saturday Shallow Water: 8 - 8:45 OR 9 - 9:45 a.m. (ends 8/29)
  • Saturday Deep Water: 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. (ends 8/29)

River Walking

5.5 times around the river is one mile. Self-led class. Water shoes are recommended. 
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday : 8 - 10 a.m.
  • Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. (June 2 - August 20)
