To participate in our Water Fitness Classes, you will need to purchase a daily admission, a 20-Visit Swipe Card, or a Platinum Membership

Deep Water Aerobics

This “no impact” workout is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups with maximum aerobic effect. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Participants are required to wear a provided Aqua Jogger in class.
  • Mondays and Wednesdays (June 11 - August 13, 2022) from 6:30 - 7:20 p.m. 
  • Saturdays (June 11 - August 13, 2022) from 9:30 - 10:20 a.m.  

Water Aerobics

A one-hour class with the first half focusing on cardio and second on strength and toning.
  • Saturdays (June 11 - August 13, 2022) from 8:15 - 9:15 a.m.

River Walking

5.5 times around the river is one mile. Class size will be limited to the first 28 people. Water shoes are recommended. 
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (May 31 - August 19, 2022) from 8 - 9 a.m. (No Instructor) 
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays (May 31 - August 19, 2022) from 8 - 8:50 a.m. (With Instructor)  
  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (May 31 - August 19, 2022) from 7:45 - 8:30 p.m.  (No Instructor)
