  • Ballwin Day Camp Field Trip Transportation
    The City of Ballwin is seeking competitive bids for providing transportation services for the Ballwin Day Camp field trips for the summer of 2026. This will include providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for our day camp participants. Must be able to accommodate a minimum of 60+ campers/camp staff. All buses used for the field trips be fully equipped and meet all industry standards for school buses. Additionally, all drivers must be thoroughly vetted, undergo background checks, and receive regular training to ensure the highest standards of safety. The city reserves the right to request proof of training as needed. Provider must be able to deliver on-time transportation to and from all scheduled field trip locations, and we expect prompt communication in the event of any delays or changes. To ensure fairness and transparency, we are accepting competitive bids and will evaluate all proposals based on factors including safety protocols, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. We encourage your company to provide a detailed proposal that outlines your qualifications, experience, and pricing.

  • New Ballwin Basketball Court
    The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors for crack seal, color coat and striping for outdoor recreational basketball court. Sealed bids addressed to the City of Ballwin, #1 Ballwin Commons Circle, Ballwin, Missouri  63021  will be accepted by the City of Ballwin until 10:00 A.M. (prevailing local time) on the 16th day of January, 2026 at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud.  Copies of bid documents may be obtained by clicking here.  Bids should be clearly marked BID OPENING: 25-05: New Ballwin Park Basketball Court. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided.  All work shall be performed according to the City of Ballwin  specifications.
