  • North Pointe Audit Bid

    The City of Ballwin is currently accepting bids for the facility audit of the North Pointe Aquatic Center. We are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assess the current state of the facility and provide recommendations for maintenance and improvements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a comprehensive review of the facility's structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as an assessment of its operational efficiency and safety compliance.  Sealed bids, subject to the “Instructions and General Conditions of Bidding and the Specifications” and any special conditions set forth herein, will be received at the The Pointe at Ballwin Commons, #1 Ballwin Commons Circle, Ballwin, MO 63011 until 10:00 A.M. on October 29th, 2025.   • 2025 Leaf Collection Bid

    The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors for a “2025 LEAF COLLECTION"
    (the “Project”) in the City of Ballwin, Missouri.
    Sealed bids must be addressed to the Ballwin Public Works Department, 200 Park Drive,
    Ballwin, Missouri 63011 and will be accepted by the City of Ballwin until 10:00 A.M.
    (prevailing local time) on Sept 12th , 2025 at which time all bids received will be opened and read
    aloud. Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained at no cost from the Ballwin Government
    Center or by emailing to Jlink@ballwin.mo.us.
    The City of Ballwin will affirmatively assure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this
    Notice to Contractors, qualified minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to
    submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age,

  • 2025 Fiber Installation and Termination
    The City of Ballwin seeks sealed bids from qualified contractors for Fiber Installation and Termination for the Ballwin Public Works Expansion project located at 200 Park Drive and 407 KehrsMill Rd, Ballwin, Missouri 63011. Sealed bids addressed to the City of Ballwin, 1 Government Ctr., Ballwin, Missouri, 63011 will be accepted by the City until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025 at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud. Bids should be clearly marked "BID OPENING:  RFP# 25-25 Public Works Expansion Fiber Optics – ATTENTION: IT Department." 
    A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, September 5th, 2025 at the Ballwin Police Department at 302 Kehrs Mill Rd., Ballwin, MO 63011.
